Working front desk at the Aquatic Center

Front Desk staff greet and aid patrons, process payments and registrations, and help organize our daily operations under the direction of our facility coordinators and managers.

Attendants must be comfortable using a wide variety of softwares to run financial reports, track participants' usage/attendance, and provide patron communications. They assist our managers with organizing, scheduling, and preparing for our programs.

Our Front Desk staff serve as the face of our facility and contribute to the success of our mission of Changing Lives Through Aquatics.

  • Front Desk Attendants must be at least 18 years of age prior to their hire date
  • Training is scheduled with management upon hire
  • Front Desk Attendants may take on specialized roles as Concessions Stand attendants or Video/Media staff
