Swim Coaching at the Aquatic Center
Swim Coaches lead participants ranging from novice to advanced swimmers. They follow workout plans and operate under the direction of the Head Coach. Coaches direct swimmers during practices and swim meets to improve their technique and/or racing skills.
Our coaches run our Adult Conditioning and Youth Swim Conditioning & League programs. Staff lead the way in uplifting our mission of Changing Lives Through Aquatics.
- Swim Coaches must be at least 15 years of age prior to their hire date
- All training is scheduled at the Aquatic Center upon hire
- We encourage our coaches to become lifeguard certified
