Swim Instructing at the Aquatic Center
Our swim instructors teach participants ranging from entry level to competitive swimmers. Staff follow a lesson plan curriculum and can teach either private or group swim lessons under the direction of our Swim Lesson Coordinators.
Our swim instructor staff lead the way in uplifting our mission of Changing Lives Through Aquatics. Swim instructors specialize in our Group, Private, Adult, and Parent & Child swim lessons.
- Swim instructors must be at least 15 years of age prior to their hire date
- Training is completed in-house at the Aquatic Center upon hire
- We encourage our swim instructor staff to become certified lifeguards
