Deep Water Hydroblast
This is a high-intensity class that targets cardio and strength while incorporating resistance tools such as buoyant water weights, bands and noodles in the pool.
Every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:05 - 9:00 a.m.
Shallow Water Toning
This class improves muscle tone, flexibility, and cardio fitness through an increased range of motion, using the pool floor to provide a solid foundation for balance.
