This class improves muscle tone, flexibility, and cardio fitness through an increased range of motion, using floatation belts for an increased challenge.

Shallow Water Toning

This class improves muscle tone, flexibility, and cardio fitness through an increased range of motion, using the pool floor to provide a solid foundation for balance.
