The Aquatic Center's High School Off-Season Training Program focuses on building aerobic capacity, and stroke refinement while developing speed/balance.

Practices will take place on Monday through Thursday evenings. Swimmers are encouraged to participate in 3-4 practices per week. All Off-Season Training practices are co-ed. Available to swimmers age 14-18.

Participants will have the opportunity to participate in any Aquatic Center team/league events and meets within the month they are signed up for in order to monitor personal progress.

COST: $100.00 per month

Late registration fees apply the Thursday prior to the start date. $15.00 late fee per swimmer. Registrations after the start date will be accepted, but will be charged the late fee.

Swimmers must be 14-18 years old, as of the start date.

Participants must have passed level 5 of swim lessons, participated in an Aquatic Center Swim Conditioning or Swim League program, or be able to perform freestyle and backstroke for at least 100 yards without stopping, as well as butterfly and breaststroke for at least 50 yards.

High School Off-Season Training participants will be allowed to participate in any swim league meets/events that take place within the month they are registered for. 

Off-Season swimmers will not be required to purchase a Team/League suit, but may do so prior to the order date.
