Our facility works with Tivity Health, Healthy Contributions, and American Specialty Health to help provide affordable programs to members with insurance coverage!
Our partnered programs cover up to $20.00 worth of registration fees each month for the listed memberships/passes. Eligible participants are responsible for any remaining registration fees.

HOW TO ENROLL
1. Contact your insurance provider to see if you qualify for:
"Silver Sneakers" by Tivity Health
"Renew Active" by Healthy Contributions
"Silver & Fit" by American Specialty Health
2. Obtain a confirmation code from either your insurance provider or one of the sites listed below
3. Enroll online for a membership/pass or bring your confirmation number to the Aquatic Center to register
To check your eligibility at the Aquatic Center, please visit us and provide: Driver's License or state ID, your insurance card or policy number, your email address, and your phone number
