Private Swim Lessons

Private swim lessons are the perfect opportunity for individualized one-on-one instruction that is open to participants of ages 6 to 16 years old.
 

We advise parents with young children to begin their water safety/swimming journey in our Parent & Child Classes or our Group Swim Lesson Program.

Private lessons are scheduled based on staff availability. We will pair you with an instructor that best suits your goals, needs and preferences.

Our experienced swim instructors will teach to the participant’s needs allowing them to develop through the progression of skills, focus on specific skill development, and stroke refinement while learning at their own pace. Regardless of your end goal, our private swim lesson program is sure to accommodate your needs and requests.

Private Swim Lessons

     $150.00 for six 30-minute lessons

Swimmer must be age 6 to 16

Must be unable to participate in Group Swim Lessons

Semi-Private Swim Lessons

     $210.00 for six 30-minute lessons

Swimmers must be age 6 to 16

Must be two swimmers at a similar skill level

Tuesday & Thursday Evenings:
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturdays:
8:00 AM - 11:00 AM

Availability for Fall, Winter, and Spring

Monday through Thursday Evenings:
5:00 PM - 8:00 PM

Saturdays:

Registration Waitlist & Policies:

Registrations

  • Private lessons are scheduled as (6) lessons at 30 minutes per lesson.
  • Registration will place you on the waitlist until our staff is able to match your student with an instructor. The Swim Lesson Supervisor will contact you to schedule lessons. Space is limited.
  • All prospective waitlist participants will be required to submit payment in FULL at the time of registration. Payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Cancellations:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours in advance through our front desk (816-986-1465). Saturday lessons must be cancelled before 12:00 PM on the Friday before. A cancelled class will only be rescheduled if a doctor's note is provided. 
  • If a participant does not show up for a scheduled lesson with less than 12 hours notice or after 12:00 PM on Friday, or if the lesson is cancelled for any other reason outside of a medical issue, the scheduled lesson is forfeited.
  • In case of an emergency (e.g. medical emergency), immediately call the front desk (816-986-1465).
